Do you buy furniture?
Yes we do, our assessor will visit your home to value your items and there is no charge for getting us out. If we buy from you we charge no haulage fees and take no commission unlike that which you would pay if you were to take your items to auction. The commission-free purchase alone will save you about 20% plus you'll also save on expensive haulage costs.
Do you clear all waste and unsaleables?
Yes we do. All waste will be taken to a landfill site and disposed of legally using our licence issued by the Environment Agency. We always strive to recycle items where ever we can.
Do we have to come over to the property to meet you?
No, if you live far away from the property being cleared, or just find it too difficult to get there then we can collect keys from your estate agent or solicitor, view the contents and get back to you. Don't forget though, you will need to inform the key holders to release the keys to us.
Can we trust you?
Yes of course. We have worked with many solicitors over our 25 years in the trade and they will be able to give you a reference over the phone if you have any worries.
How do we pay for you?
We can invoice your solicitor or you can pay us by cash or cheque after we issue you an invoice. We offer a discount for any payments that are made within seven days.
